About Me
My passion for wellness began while I was finishing college and had to learn how to manage my own anxieties. That’s when l learned that embodying a wellness lifestyle helped promote my own self-love, it created a balancing act, and altered my energy. Implementing a wellness lifestyle into my everyday, has helped me shape the life I am striving for. With a little self-care, physical movement, social connectedness and some traveling, this is how I nurture my inner- peace and calm.
In my practice, I whole heartedly believe that our therapeutic relationship holds the foundation to help uncover and untangle the many layers we carry to survive in our life. My passion is working with adults who profoundly want to rediscover and dismantle their own layers while bring in wholeness and wellness into their everyday life.
As a License Marriage and Family Therapist, I work from a Client-Centered, Humanistic and Existential approach while also integrating elements from Attachment Theory, Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Theory and Mindfulness practices. My therapeutic style is founded on nurturance, warmth, empathy and collaboration in order to help you explore and process the parts unknown that need healing.
Through this journey, we can identify your unique challenges, attachment injuries and fears. Alongside, adding a dose of wellness so that you can fulfill your authentic self, inner peace, connectedness and balance in life.

My Background
I am a Bilingual License Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 129577). Born and raised in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, I earned my Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from California State University, Northridge. I received my Master of Arts, in Clinical Psychology, Marital and Family Therapy, from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My clinical training includes working in community and private practice settings to help families and adults overcome mental health challenges and help navigate life.
