My clinical lens is defined through a Client-Centered, Humanistic and Existential approach. While integrating aspects from Attachment Theory, Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Theory and Mindfulness practices. At the same time, integrating a wellness lifestyle.
I cherish the intimacy of our therapeutic relationship as it is vital to feel your most authentic self. I aim to hold a safe space, warmth, empathic support, connection, compassion and use humor, to help unravel parts that are scary, traumatic and unknown.

Individual Therapy (Psychotherapy)
Individual therapy is a transformative journey designed to help facilitate fundamental lifestyle changes, including emotional, mental and physical well-being. In a safe space, we can explore and process mental and emotional barriers. In the space, we will work on mutual agreed goals, increase healthy coping skills, making healthy decisions, develop insight and self-growth.
Wellness Coaching
Through a supportive guide and mentor role, you will identify your own wellness goals for change. Through a holistic perspective on wellness, we will focus on areas of life that negatively impact your lifestyle. Designed as a client-centered approach, I can help you enact sustainable and positive behaviors, facilitate self-discovery, and hold you accountable.
Telehealth
While life can sometimes be challenging. I offer tele-health therapeutic services. It is a form of
video-conferencing that allows us to meet outside of the office. It creates an avenue that helps us
have the same experience as it would in-person, with flexibility of having sessions where you
feel most comfortable.

Let’s connect! I offer a free, 20-minute phone consultation to asses if this is a therapeutic
relationship we truly want to forward with. The most important aspect in this journey is our
therapeutic relationship. If I am not the best fit for you, I will provide you with referrals to
different clinicians that can be better suited for your therapeutic needs.
Initial Intake Session
I will send you initial intake forms, including inform consent prior to our first initial intake
session. In our first initial session, I will review necessary legal and ethical boundaries. In
addition to, gathering important historical information and presenting problem, along with therapeutic goals.
Treatment
Establishing rapport is the most essential part of treatment. As I work with you to build rapport, through warmth, nurturance, empathy & kindness. We will establish therapy goals, identify barriers and help you increase a wellness lifestyle. Treatment process & length is based on your own individual needs & goals being met.
